      Raw Mango Pudding

      2 ripe mangoes

      ¼  lime, juiced

      Toasted coconut and chopped pecans


      Procedure

      1. Use a vegetable peeler to peel mangos.  Slice the mango away from the pit.  Place the sliced mango and lime juice in a blender and blend until perfectly smooth.

      2. Pour into dessert cups and add shredded coconut and chopped pecans to taste.
