Carob Nut Spread/Icing
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups sucanat
¼ cup soymilk
¼ cup carob powder
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups almond butter or peanut butter
2/3 cup Mori Nu firm or extra firm tofu
¼ tsp. Roma or other instant coffee substitute
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor
2. Blend until smooth
