Energizing Blueberry & Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup of Water
2 Green Tea Bags
2 Cups of Frozen Blueberries
12 oz of Fat-Free Yogurt
2 TBSP. Ground Flaxseed
3 TBSP. of Pre-Soaked Almonds (20 Almonds)
3 Ice Cubes or Frozen Bananas
Procedure
1. Place tea, blueberries, yogurt, almonds, and flaxseed and ice cubes in blender. Process until smooth.
