      Focus on Fitness Community Day

      Picture

CEFN hosts many different events because  CEFN believes that it is very important to stay active in the community.

CEFN reaches out to community because CEFN wants to educate them on making healthy life stye changes that will decrease their chances of getting chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and so many more. Making these changes can increase a person longevity.

CEFN knows that people may want to change but  may not have the available resources to motivate  them to change. This is why CEFN is  focusing on trying to motivate people to eat healthy and to exercise. CEFN wants to encourage people through their many different programs to get up and to be active.

CEFN also educates through its TV program, which can be seen on Comcast and Verizon.

The main focus of this program is teaching the viewers how to get away form eating greasy foods that causes many diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity and so many more to preparing foods that are good in nutritional value.

Our TV program is going step by step so you can learn how to prepare these nutritious dishes.

Coinciding with that CEFN show very easy to do routines that will help people of all ages to burn those  calories.

                                  The nutrition awareness
sessions were very educational. I particularly
enjoyed the Gospel  Line Dance sessions. It was ideal
for beginners. This type of program is needed in the
                            community. I look forward to
                                 signing up again.
