Linda is a Certified Health Counselor specializing in holistic wellness foods, which refers to the process of feeding our mind, body, and soul with nourishing foods while encouraging thoughts for a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life. She is a nutrition lecturer and culinary cooking instructor. Taylor's Wholesome Foods Workshop is located in Philadelphia, PA.
Linda educates students in her classes how to read food labels, purchase seasonal foods, change favorite comfort foods into healthier recipes, and combat many of their health issues through holistic wellness foods and nutrition.
She is a 2007 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition which is affiliated with Columbia University Teacher's College and is a 2000 graduate of Arcadia University, in Glenside, PA, where she received her bachelor's degree.

Cynthia Bedeau
Cynthia Bedeau is the owner/operator of Cynthia’s Health Consortium and Have Pots Will Travel.
She is a chef with a background in Macrobiotic Cooking. Macrobiotic is a whole food vegetarian diet that includes whole grains, vegetables, beans, sea vegetables and fruits. The program can include fish but no red meat or poultry.
She teach a six week course in transitional cooking. This course teaches you how to make better food selections and different and healthy was to transform you favorite dishes.
She began to study the vegetarian diet after developing some health issue over 15 years ago. Cynthia had a passion for the food which led her to study Culinary Arts at The New School, A division of New York University. She also studied Macrobiotics at the Christina Pirello School of Natural Cooking and Integrative Health.
She currently work with Health Partners in their information outreach and may be seen at health fairs allover the Philadelphia area. Cynthia is the culinary director for the Christian Youth Coalition. The coalition’s gold is to teach healthy food selections and cooking practices to youth. She also teach adult cooking classes, personal or group in your home.She is also available for food shopping trips, menu planning and consultations. Cynthia is also available to speak to your church organization, school, family gathering, or sorority.
