      Oven Fried Potatoes

      Ingredients

      1-teaspoon salt
      ½ tsp. onion powder
      ½ tsp. garlic powder
      ½ tsp. paprika
      1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
      Nonstick canola or olive oil cooking spray
      5 large potatoes cut into wedges or slices

      Procedure:

      1.  Preheat oven to 450°

      2.  Spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray

      3.  Toss potatoes with seasonings and oil

      4.  Put on a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes so they brown evenly

      5.  Bake until browned and crispy
