      Sunflower Plate

      Ingredients:

      2 cups sunflower seeds, soaked and

      sprouted

      6 large carrots, cut in small pieces
      1 cup of lemon juice
      1/4 cup liquid amino (Braggs)
      1/4 to 1/2 cup raw tahini
      1/2 cup chopped scallions
      2 - 4 slices red onion, chopped in chunks
      4 - 6 tablespoons chopped parsley
      2 - 3 garlic cloves
      1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
      1 teaspoon cumin
      Ginger, small piece finely chopped (optional)

      Procedure

      1.  Soak sunflower seeds: 8 to 12 hours

      2.  Sprout sunflower seeds: 4 hours

      3.  Place all ingredients in a food processor and run until well blended
