      Yogurt Parfait

      Homemade granola (recipe to follow)

      Lowfat vanilla yogurt or Plain yogurt mixed with agave nectar

      Fresh fruit, such as sliced strawberries or blueberries or a mixture

      Using a clear glass or plastic cup, spoon some yogurt approximately ¼ way up the side of the cup, layer some fruit next, then granola, repeat and top with additional fruit for decoration.  Pretty and delicious.  Enjoy
